The new cookery book ‘A Taste of the West Country’ is a collection of original recipes created by Taste of the West award-winning chefs and producers.

It features a recipe from our Head Chef who was set the challenge of producing a recipe using wasabi from the award winning producer, The Watercress Company in Dorchester.
