Roasted butternut squash & thyme soup with toasted pumpkin seeds & crème fraiche.

        Gin & juniper berry cured Salmon gravlax, hot smoked Salmon croquette avocado mousse.

Ham hock terrine with watercress mayonnaise, caramelised walnut & beetroot frisee salad.

Pan fried Gambas (shell on) with a Thai red curry broth.

Mains

Roasted Turkey breast with a chestnut, apricot & mushroom stuffing, honey glazed parsnips, red current jus & pancetta braised sprouts.

Whole grilled Plaice with a Hazelnut & coriander butter, brown shrimps & sautéed kale.

Pan fried Cod fillet with curry braised lentils, crème fraiche, wilted spinach & parsnip puree.
