Menu includes a glass of Kir and canapés on arrival. Choice of starters, main course, dessert and coffee or tea with petits fours to finish

Sesame tempura battered Portland Oysters with oriental vegetables and a chilli & soy dipping sauce

Potted brown Shrimps with a Crab & ginger beignet, melba toast and a cucumber relish

Pan fried Lyme Bay Scallops with a fricassee of picante chorizo, garden pea, sauteed chanterelles & pickled shallots
