Potted Lobster with melba toast, smoked salmon mousse, pickled carrot and beetroot with watercress mayonnaise

Lightly curried Lobster and Mussel chowder with caramelised onion bread

Pan fried Lyme Bay Scallops with a Lobster & celeriac remoulade and chargrilled red pepper chutney

Lobster & wild mushroom arancini, carrot & cardamom puree, chargrilled baby leeks and parmesan crisps

Whole grilled West Bay Plaice with a Lobster, toasted almond, saffron and coriander butter, sautéed samphire grass and root vegetable terrine

Oven roasted Cod fillet, potato gnocchi, sautéed pied de mouton, Lobster bisque and tender stem broccoli

Grilled Brill fillet, béarnaise sauce, Lobster & Crab croquette, braised fennel and Clams

Half grilled Lobster with garlic butter or parsley butter or thermidor-style with Israeli couscous
