A half grilled West Bay Lobster with garlic butter or cold with mayonnaise and lemon

Whole grilled John Dory with sautéed samphire grass, béarnaise sauce, Crab croquette and Cockles

Whole cracked Crab with a sweet & sour sauce, julienne of pak choi, chilli, spring onions and baby sweetcorn

Oven roasted fillet of Seabass with a Shellfish bisque, sautéed pied de mouton and a pressed potato terrine
