Stuffed loin of Lamb with black pudding & apricots wrapped in serrano ham served with sautéed girroles, wild mushroom croquette & lamb reduction. Served with 75ml glass of Sew Saw, Shiraz Mouvedre, Orange, New South Wales, Australia 2014

Trio of puddings: lemon & red current tart, chocolate mousse with hazelnut praline, blackberry & meringue parfait. Served with 50ml glass of Banyuls, Domaine de la Rectorie, Parcé Frères, France 2014
