Tony, our Head Chef, chose to cook mackerel 4 ways at this year’s Melplash Show. The demonstration was well attended and the audience were very excited and complimentary about the dishes which were all prepared and cooked in half an hour:
- Salt baked Mackerel
- Mackerel tartar with cucumber ribbons
- Marinaded mackerel with passion fruit, lime and coriander
- Mackerel BLT
