Pan fried Lyme Bay Scallops with a fricassee of Lobster, pancetta, peas and pickled shallots

Pan fried fillet of Sea Bass with Lobster & celeriac remoulade and a herb stuffed  Razor Clam

Steamed half Lobster with Cockles, Clams, Mussels & Gambas in a spicy rich Shellfish bisque with cumin fried crispy potatoes

Half Lobster cold with a light salad or hot with garlic butter and home made chips
