Oven roasted Cod fillet with crispy rosemary potatoes, tender stem broccoli, black olive tapanade and an anchovy & roasted garlic dressing

Whole grilled Lemon Sole with champagne, caviar & Brown Shrimp beurre blanc with sauteed samphire grass and potato gnocchi
