Pan fried Gambas (shell on) Thai style with coconut milk, coriander, chilli and ginger

Pan seared Lyme Bay Scallops with a celeriac & truffle puree, braised fennel and sautéed samphire grass

Oysters Rockefeller – hot oysters  grilled with pernod, garlic, bread crumbs and parmesan

Smoked Haddock & Crab chowder with a date & walnut bread

Pan fried Sea Bass fillet with a beetroot, celeriac, Portland Crab & horseradish remoulade, chargrilled baby leeks and chargrilled red pepper chutney

Whole grilled Plaice with a cucumber, caper & anchovy butter, Brown Shrimps, samphire and wild mushroom arancinis

Cracked Lyme Bay Crab and Lobster with an aromatic Thai green curry broth and chargrilled pak choi

Oven roasted Cod fillet with parsley & roasted garlic mash potato, pan fried Gambas and saffron beurre blanc
