Oven roasted Hake fillet with braised puy lentils, crispy pancetta, balsamic roasted cherry vine tomatoes and a Craf & saffone cream

Spanish-style Seafood stew with chickpeas, chorizo picante, tomatoes, butterbeans served with patatas bravas


Crema Catalana with poached pear and shortbread

Warm fig & chocolate pudding with an orange mousse and caramelised figs

Apricot mousse with frangipane stuffed plums and toasted almonds
