Lobster & Crab chowder

Lobster arancini with grilled asparagus, chargrilled red pepper & hollandaise sauce

Potted Brown Shrimp & Lobster with pickled beetroot, balsami reduction, three seeded toast & a smoked Salmon mousse

Pan fried Lyme Bay Scallops with a fricassee of Lobster, shiitakes, pancetta, peas & pickled shallots

Oven roasted Skate with a Lobster, roasted garlic, anchovy, chilli & coriander butter, steamed tender stem broccoli & whole grain mustart mash potatoes

Pan fried fillet of Sea Bass with lobster & celeriac remoulade & a baby leek, roasted red pepper croquette

Steamed Lobster with Clams, Mussels & Gambas in a rich spicy shellfish bisque with cumin fried crispy potatoes

West Bay Lobster (half) served chilled with salad & homemade mayonnaise
