Bourgogne Chardonnay 2012 12.5% Stephane Brocard: A classic unoaked chardonnary from Burgundy with orchard scents of white fruit and citrus blossom. Excellent with Grilled Fish
Cassis 2011 13% Clos St Magdeleine, Provence: Aromas of wild herbs and a whiff of provincial pine with a citrus palate. Ideal with Shellfish
Grunër Veltliner Peter Schweiger 2012 12.5% Kamptal, Austria: An elegant Austrian wine made from 100% Grunër Veltliner grapes. Classic spicy mineral flavours tempered with upfront stone fruit character goes well with Sea Bass or Dover Sole or seared Scallops
Sauska Furmint 2012 13% Tokaj, Hegyalja, Hungary: intense aromas of peach, blood orange and herbs. Full leading to a crisp, dry finish. Great with rich fish such as Dover Sole or dishes with creamy sauce such as Brill with Sorrel Sauce
Vinho Verde 2012 11% Felgueiras, Portugal: Light and refreshing with aromas of apple and grapefruit and a slight spritz. Ideal with grilled Sardines, Mackerel or Gambas
Tokaji Late Harvest Cuvée 10.5% Tokaj, Hungary Light and well-balanced with lemon and oriental spices. Rich on the palate with wonderful acidity. Good with vanilla pannacotta with rhubarb compote, and other sweets.
