Taste of Dorset’s Best Recipe Finalist

Dan Brown, our Sous Chef, is a finalist in the Taste of Dorset’s Best Recipe Competition.   Sponsored by Dorset Farmers’ Market  the competition was open to professional chefs, cooks and cookery writers  to enter original recipes, making use of Dorset sourced or produced ingredients.  Dan’s recipe is a Scallops and Sweetcorn Chowder.
