Whole grilled Lemon sole with steamed Cockles & Mussels, sautéed samphire grass & a lemon grass, ginger, chilli & coriander butter.

Cracked Crab & Lobster with an aromatic Thai green curry broth & chargrilled pak choi

       Oven roasted Cod fillet with a Crab & saffron cream, roasted garlic mash potatoes & grilled baby leeks

Pan fried Seabass fillet with a rich shellfish bisque pressed potato terrine,  sautéed girolles & cumin fried parsnip crisps
