Potted Brown Shrimps with a Chesil smoked Mackerel & horseradish pate, three seeded toast and pickled cucumber

Portland Crab, fresh tagliatelle  with coriander, chilli, spring onions and fresh Parmesan

Mildly spiced Devon Mussel chowder with sundried tomato & basil bread

Cracked West Bay Crab with a Thai green sauce (chilli, lime, coriander & ginger) served with Pak Choi

Riverside Seafood salad (Mussels, Crab, Lobster & Gambas) with homemade mayonnaise

Panfried Seabass fillet with thyme roasted butternut squash puree, sauteed samphire grass, poached Langoustine  & Portland Crab croquette

Half a Lobster poached (Shell off) in a champagne and caviar beurre blanc with buttered tender stem brocolli and sundried tomato gnocchi
