Lobster, smoked Salmon and avocado terrine with pickled purple carrot, watercress mayonnaise & Melba toast

Pan fried Scallops with a Lobster, celeriac and apple salad, apple crisps & balsamic pearls

Spiced Lobster & Crab broth with chilli, lemon grass, ginger & pak choi

Lobster tortellini with sautéed girolles and rich Shellfish bisque

Pan fried fillet of Sea Bass with a Lobster and wild mushroom arancini, butternut squash puree, pancetta & parmesan crisps

Lobster & Monkfish thermidor with saffron & leek Israeli couscous

Oven roasted fillet of Cod with Lobster & Brown Shrimp croquette, sautéed wild mushrooms, samphire grass & spinach hollandaise

West Bay Lobster (half) served chilled with a light salad & homemade mayonnaise or grilled with garlic or parsley butter & served with new potatoes
