We were delighted to host Bridport and St Vaast La Hougue Twinning Association’s annual Mardi Gras on Shrove Tuesday. The 53 guests enjoyed a specially prepared menu of:
Starter – Foie Gras Terrine or French Onion Soup with Garlic Croutons
Main – Lemon Sole Fillets with Bourride Sauce or Chicken Chasseur
Dessert – Shrove Tuesday Pancakes or Treacle Tart
followed by coffee or tea
The menu was served with a selection of international wines.
