We shall be opening for the new season on Friday 10th February, our Valentine’s celebration menu is now available to view here.                                         

 

  VALENTINE’S MENU

On arrival  a glass of sparkling Kir served with canapés

Starters

Lobster & confit chicken terrine with apricot gel, Melba toast, pickled baby vegetables.

Hot smoked Salmon & horseradish scotch egg with spinach & truffle hollandaise

 & a shallot tuile

~

Pan fried Lyme Bay Scallops with a serrano crumb, celeriac remoulade, carrot puree & parsnip crisps

~

Goats cheese croquette, caramelised walnuts, oat cakes, apple puree & pickled beetroot.

Mains

Char grilled Monkfish loin with cumin fried potatoes, Malt vinegar reduction, pea puree & sweet potato

Steamed shellfish (Lobster, Crab, Mussels, Gambas & Cockles) in a Thai green curry broth, char grilled pak choi & egg noodles

~

Salt cured Cod with a Lobster consommé, samphire grass, cabbage heart, polenta Scallop scampi & shitake mushrooms

~

Wild mushroom & parmesan pearl barley, mozzarella beignets & crispy cavolo Nero

~

A meat option will be available on request
